I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I feel truly grateful and wanted to share my experience.

The other day, my home key broke, and I couldn’t get inside. I searched online and called several locksmiths, but couldn’t get through—probably because it was late at night—and I didn’t know what to do. With no taxis available and nowhere nearby to stay (it’s a rural area), I had no choice but to head to the station on foot.

At that moment, I received a return call from this locksmith. They said, “We’re coming right now!” and I felt an overwhelming sense of relief.

The owner—or perhaps the president?—personally came and fixed the issue. I am truly thankful for their help that night. From now on, I will only rely on this locksmith for any key-related matters.

They hand‑crafted a complex key that was not available in Japan.

I had a spare key made for my 1997 Harley.
It was a key from a manufacturer not commonly found in Japan, and they carefully searched through countless keys to find one that might fit. Even then, it was uncertain whether it would work, so I brought the motorcycle along, and they adjusted the key’s thickness to fit the cylinder, then hand‑carved the grooves to create a perfect duplicate.

Honestly, most businesses would probably refuse such a complicated request.
However, the owner and staff were extremely kind and meticulous throughout the process, and I am truly grateful.
